What we collect
- Candidates: name, contact details, CV, employment history, qualifications, salary expectations, notice period, right-to-work documentation, and interview feedback.
- Clients: name, job title, business contact details, and correspondence about vacancies.
- Website visitors: anything submitted through our forms, plus basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
Why we use it
To match candidates with roles, to represent candidates to prospective employers with their consent, to fulfil our contracts with clients, and to meet legal obligations such as right-to-work checks. We rely on legitimate interest for recruitment activity and consent where required.
Who we share it with
A candidate's details are shared with a prospective employer only with that candidate's explicit agreement for that specific role. We also use service providers for email and applicant tracking, who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Candidate data is retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Client and contractual records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hr@sptechnologies.co and we will respond within the period required by law.
Cookies
