Founded in 2023. We recruit inside technology and nowhere else.
SP Technologies is a specialist IT recruitment agency, founded in 2023. We place engineers, data and analytics professionals, cloud and DevOps specialists, QA, security and IT support staff with technology companies and in-house engineering teams internationally.
Most of our work is permanent placement. We also handle contract and contract-to-hire, and build dedicated offshore teams where a client needs ongoing capacity — on those we act as employer of record, so payroll, contracts and statutory obligations sit with us.
Our clients range from established organisations adding capacity to an existing team, through to startups making their first technical hires. Every search starts with a briefing call with the person the role reports to, and shortlists arrive with written screening notes. One consultant handles your brief from that first call through to the start date.
How we operate

One sector only
We don't recruit outside technology. Depth in one field is what allows a consultant to have a real conversation with an engineer rather than match keywords.
Short shortlists
Three or four names with written notes. Sending thirty CVs moves the screening work onto your engineers, who have other jobs to do.
One point of contact
The consultant who takes your brief runs the search and stays with it to the start date. Nothing gets lost handing over to an account manager who wasn't on the call.
