Your CV goes nowhere without your say-so. No blanket submissions, and you'll know the salary and the team before deciding to interview.
You hear back either way
Feedback after every interview, including when it's a no. If we can't place you now, we'll tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Two things about recruitment fees.
You never pay us. Ever.
Recruitment fees are paid by the employer who hires you. If anyone in this industry asks a jobseeker for money — for registration, for training, for a "guaranteed placement" — that is a scam. Walk away and report it.
We tell you the salary upfront
Before you agree to an interview, you'll know the range, the company, the team and the working arrangement. You can't make a sensible decision about your career on partial information.

Not from us. Your CV isn't sent anywhere without your explicit agreement for that specific role, and we'll never approach a company you've asked us to avoid. Tell us at the start if there are firms you don't want your details reaching.
That's fine, and it's true of a lot of the people we place. Register anyway and tell us what would have to be on the table for you to move. We'll only contact you when something genuinely meets that bar.
24 months from your last contact with us, after which it's deleted. You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it removed at any point — email us and we'll action it. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Yes, and it's in our interest as much as yours. Before any interview you'll get a briefing on the team, the format, what they tend to probe on, and who you'll be meeting. We'd rather you walked in prepared than hope it goes well.
